Over the years the health care debate has had many patrons in the political and academic community. The health care worker her/himself was marginalized in this process due to the inherent needs of this process. Those toiling in the vineyards providing primary medical care services were seldom asked how to fix the rising problems of health care. We asked interested health care providers, health care institution owners and patients to contribute to our issues page solutions that you see may work in the arena in which you work or have an interest.
