Guest Guest
Three Israeli companies, all technology-based, are opening U.S. headquarters in Montgomery County, according to county and state officials. Camero Inc. of Netanya, a producer of high-tech security products, is opening an office in Gaithersburg. Tel Aviv-based Storewiz Inc., which already runs a small office in Gaithersburg, is planning to re-locate its worldwide headquarters there and staff up to about 40 employees. And DiskSite Inc. of Tel Aviv, which develops new data storage technology, has moved its U.S. office from New Jersey to Potomac. The company will initially have seven employees in Potomac and expand to as many as 20 employees. The Camero and Storewiz moves were announced recently by Lt. Gov. Michael S. Steele ®, who was on a four-day trade mission to Israel this week.
