She has always specialized in different weaving techniques and has just gotten into the Lace wigs in the last year. She went to LA for a week to take classes and everything. I am recommending her not only because she is my friend but I saw the wig she made for herself. It is unreal! I personally have never worn extensions but when I checked out her wig, I asked her to make me one. Hers is like the really long Beyonce' hair. I have bougth hair from them and I am hooked for life. They do not dell yaki hairas mentioned above. They sell only virgin remy human hair. I bought some virgin human hair extentions from Sultryhair.com and looovvveeee them. I have been wearing them now for 6 months and I can't get over how many compliments from both men and women, on how pretty my hair looks. No one even knows I am wearing extentions, because the hair is real human hair, so it moves with each turn of my haead and does not look fake. It also does not shed or matt, like othe hair I have bought in the past that claimed to be remy human hair. The site and sales rep. are very informative and friendly. I will def. continue to buy hair from them. My only regret is that I did not find this site sooner. I just had to share this with anyone interested inquality hair that lasts. Check them out, you will be hooked like me. I too have tried it but, I still like the Remy hair Today.........I don't want to order the hair on ebay.....Why not lower the prices on the website? and why rename the hair? That is too much trouble for me and I am too busy to play hair games.....And many deleted complaints............. With Remy Hair Today you know what you are getting everytime and being a very busy Fusion Specialist that gives me one less thing to worry about. My Indian Hair (MIH) is truly a rip off as I am currently fighting them about a purchase that I made and returned to them several months ago. The company has very deceptive and uncrupulous business practices. When I received my unit it was the wrong size, the wrong color and appeared to have been used. On top of that, the inside of the box was stained, the product information was missing and another custmer's contact and billing information was included in my package. I was devasted because I too had just spent nearly $1,000. When I finally got a MIH rep on the phone she was non apologetic, inflexible and very unprofessional. She told me that I was not entitled to a fuull credit because I originally requested a customized unit ( I wanted baby hairs around the the front of the hairline). My argument was that since they failed to send me the correct product in the first place, I was entitled to a full credit (please note that I wasn't asking for a refund at the time). I am not going to allow them to take my money. I am still disputing the charge with my credit card company. It is frustrating because those lying crooks are relentless in their pursuit to "get over". But I am unshaken by them. There is power in numbers if you are serious about getting your money back contact your credit card company and explain the situation. After I applied the extensions we proceeded with a style and it came out beautiful. It looked just like her hair. We also colored it so it is truly awesome. Four days after I wore it, I was brushing it slowly in my hand, and the thing ripped in half. It cost me $600+ and it lasted four days! Also, I agree with the previous posting that the wigs are not well-made, the hair is substandard and the items are overpriced. Find another place to spend your hard-earned money! Beware. I have tried several attempts with their orders and they manage to mess up every-time. This time I have waited a month for the order that had overnight shipping and even by their own admission it was due 7 days ago. Each time I called I was told I would get a call back and then when I did they kept me on hold for 25 min. I finally just called my credit card company and had the charge disputed. (CLIENTS AND SALON OWNERS) As many of you know Remy Hair Today is now offering pre-tipped hair (for fusion services and hired me because it is my specialty) mainly for salon owners and clients getting the service done but need to supply the hair....I did research on pre-tipped hair to check out the competitor prices and was SHOCKED to say the least. The prices were so inflated I felt sorry for the consumer. One website is charging $45.00 for 40 strands, I pulled 40 bonded strands from a bundle of hair that I pre-tipped for a client that is going to use my fusion services and it wasn't enough to do a fusion touch-up WOW!!!! and you are buying this? PLEASE don't buy hair by the strand it is a ripp off buy hair according to weight and remember it takes at least 8oz's of hair to do a full head (fusion extentions). also ask questions, make sure the hair is weighed before the bonds are applied because they add weight. I custom pretipp the hair I use (Remy hair Today) by hand for ALL my clients because I want to make sure they get the BEST quality hair and fusion bond, the feedback I get from my colleagues that have ordered pre-tipped hair in the past from these companies is awful....Either the bonds where too big, and if you try to cut them down they fall apart or the hair was not properly placed in the bond and sheds. I pre-treat, pre-tipp and inspect every bond to ensure the bond won't shed, and if you send us a picture of your or your special needs client's hair we will do custom bonds according to hair thickness and density and guess what? It is still less expensive than the competitor's mass produced one size fit all pre-tipped hair. I also noticed that the most asked question was can I re-use the hair and their answer is YES....BUT the pictures on the site was only wefted hair which is misleading because WHAT ABOUT THE FUSION CLIENTS?. Yes if you do a sew in weave the hair can be re-used but not fusion clients, even if you remove and reapply the same strands during your touch-up your style will change because your hair is not balanced because of growth, it is easier to use fresh hair and have your stylist re-cut the longer strands to match the pre-existing strands. It's great to not only have a great stylist but now also have a reliable source for great hair. I have been braiding my natural hair in tree braids by a great lady for five years and usually had to drive around town to find high quality human hair in long lengths. After searching the internet, Remy Hair Today has the best prices I've found for remy hair and I can actually talk to someone!! We also are proud to announce that we now have two color specialists that will dye your hair for your. STARTING DATE: TO BE ANNOUNCED. We are still working out the details for this. I still need to figure out how much time will be added to the delivery time for this. Both of our color specialist work on either my own hair or on my mother's hair. They have a good eye for color. This will not be an option for someone that needs their hair right away because our color specialist take coloring very seriously and want to be able to provide good quality service. We are also excited to announce that we will soon be selling skin wefts. Starting sale date: TO BE ANNOUNCED. Skin Wefts will be in virgin Indian hair. I will have more information about pricing right before the offical release date. If there is a demand, then we will also carry skin wefts in Virgin Chinese hair. We will not be selling regular chinese hair, however through alot of study, we have found that when it comes to skin wefts apparently virgin Chinese hair is supposed to be the best. It is an option that will be available for those that are interested, but we will not sell any other type of chinese hair. This will only be skin weft and only if there is interest. We are also very close to having a hair dress creme to go with our moisturizer. This creme will be for those that have natural hair and do not want anything water based to spray on their hair. They have a very good website with educational information at first glance. I placed an order for the "Diva" product. When it arrived, it was horrible! It was very wig like, wrong color, and lots of gray hair. I immediately phoned the customer service number and have never received a return call. I returned the product in hopes of exchanging it for the right color and hopefully, a different texture, within 3 days. I used U.S. Postal, had it insured for the price of the product, and requested a signature only to find out 3 weeks later that they had refused to even except it. The post office notified me and when I picked it up, it was clear that they didn't even open it. I've written letters and it has been 2 months and I have yet to hear from them to replace it with the right color or even to provide advice. Just want to warn you that the site is bogus. They use pictures that are not theirs. I have seen their photos in the Especially Yours wig catalog and even on other wig websites. They choose those pictures to intentionally deceive you. This is my conclusion since the service they claim they provide has not been offered. Talk about a rip off! I cried because the product cost me $1000 but it promised the look of Mary J, Brandy, Vanessa Williams, and Rue Paul. These are the products that appear to grow from your scalp, so I thought I'd take the plunge and it was suppose to last a year. I believe there are quality companies out there, but you have to be really careful. I would avoid using MIH as they just take your money and send you junk. For those that do not know in the last 6 months we have added skinwefts, closure pieces, lacefront wigs, and frontal pieces!
