Volume of Job :- 1000-Forms per month per seat.

(One Form Central Info Solutions of 38-Fields, max. 300-500 characters key in.)

 

Project Duration :- 06-Months Project.

 

Accuracy Required :- 99 % Accuracy.

 

Rate :- Rs. 15 /- Per form.

 

Payment Mode :- Payments by D.D. every Month from our Company.

 

Payment Security :- Payment Secured by Letter of Credit irrevocable,

Transferable, of 1-Months Billing Value, valid for 3-Months,

Renewable for next 3-Months.

 

Business Procurement Fee :- Rs. 5000/- Per Seat.

 

TAT :- 20-Working Days.

 

 

Process of Signing Project :-

We have specific model for Signing Project and starting commercial work, as you are becoming our Partner it is our duty to make you perfect to achieve accuracy and deliverables at time. Following is process to sign agreement with us.

 

1) LOI and Company Profile :- We need Letter of Interest and Company

Profile so that we can evaluate your technical

ability.

 

2) MOU Signing :- Signing of MOU and Commitment Rs. 01-Lakh D.D.in favor of CENTRAL INFO SOLUTIONS(Counter Guarantee Cheque is povided)

 

3) LC Opening :- Payment Security Letter of Credit issued within 7-Days period.

 

4) Financial Exchange :- Balance Rs. 03-Lakh to pay as balance amount

and 01-Lakh will be deducted in first billing.

 

5) Process and Project Report :- We need complete process and project report

How you are executing project.

 

6) SRS(System Requirement Study) :- We are sending our Team to your place

For Physical inspection of site and Training of Software is provided.

 

7) Trial :- We are giving 10% Trial quota of one month job, which is PAID trial. Trial

Payment is given as per grades.

 

8) Commercial Work :- After Trial , Commercial work is started.

 

All above steps takes approximately 20-30 Days.
