She has crystal blue eyes that you can't miss. She ran away from Rock Creek Park near Tilden Street NW October 18th around 11:30 am. She has a pink collar, and a pink leash. She is very skittish and likes to hide but is not aggressive. If you have information on her, please let me know ...
