Guest Personal Trainer London
I am completing an investigation for my website and would like to ask. How many of you can actually say that you complete one hour worth of exercise each day of the week? Also if you are among the people who do not, how big a responsibility do you think that IT plays in preventing you from doing exercise? Guest Johnny
Not to give a smarmy answer, but no, computers don't make us fat, but they do encourage a sedentary lifestyle. How many people get one full hour of exercise per day? I'm guessing not a large percentage of the population, but the government and others don't recommend a full hour of exercise - more like 30 minutes of aerobic activity - even a brisk walk to jump-start your metabolism. Hope that's a help. Johnny
