Guest Billy Ray Edwards
We as African American owner/drivers need a seat at the table for our children, once they completed and cleared the criminal justice system they be allowed to own and operate a taxicab to provide food and shelter in this historical system for Independence and Freedom for the African American Community before 1988 when it all changed and people was brought in from else where. I hate to think if the African American Community decided no more marked dc taxicabs will operate in Washington DC for more reasons than one and not to mention not picking them up, just an opposing point of view.>>Billy Ray
