The constant immigration of rural population into urban areas has resulted in the mushrooming of shops and other commercial establishments in all localities. Such a situation leads government. While the cost of labor is very high in the city centers, the rural migrants are willing to take up difficult jobs at a fraction of the cost. Even though the shortage of jobs in the rural areas is affecting the rural economy rather significantly, things have now gone beyond the control of the government and the local bodies. It is difficult for people to stay close to home when high paying opportunities are available in areas near to their place of stay within an hour or two. The only alternative is to facilitate Small-scale business ventures, small industrial establishments in industrial estates are also now getting established faster than ever before.
