Luke_Wilbur Posted July 6, 2010 Report Share Posted July 6, 2010 (edited) The White House has threatened to veto a pending intelligence bill if it includes a provision that would authorize the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to perform audits of intelligence programs at the request of Congress. Do you think Congress has the Constitutional Right to audit the Executive Branch when it comes to National Security?
