Washington Metro Area Dodge is major Festival sponsor and Cultural performances begin at 11:00 a.m. Acts include Higher Praise Gospel Chorale, El Barrio Street Theatre, and local Sitar Center students, among others. Location is the historic church steps of the First Church of Christ, Scientist facing Euclid at Columbia Rd NW.
