Guest NatsFan#1
Washington Nationals fired manager Manny Acta this morning. Many fans have mixed feelings regarding his firing. Even though the team had by far the worst record this season Acta's players never quit on him. In the end the team's failures ultimately cost the skipper his job. What do you think of Manny Acta's firing?
Guest Kris_*
The team sucked even though their offense can play with anyone. That and the fact that they do have good young starting pitching and this team should be much better than the laughing stock of the league. It was time to let Manny go. Ed_Palmedo
IT WAS TIME FOR MANNY TO GO. THE TEAM WASN'T RESPONDING TO HIM AND FANS WERE GETTING FED UP WITH THE PRODUCT ON THE FIELD. AT SOME POINT MANNY NEEDED TO SHOW SOME FLARE AND EMOTION. I WISH HIM WELL AND DO THINK THAT ACTA WILL BE A GOOD MBL MANAGER AT SOME POINT BUT THIS TEAM HAS TOO MANY YOUNG PLAYERS THAT NEED A MANAGER TO BARK AT THEM NOT TO MENTION BACK THEM UP WITH THE UMP'S.
