The DC Improv Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 Dennis Regan started his careeer in standup comedy in 1987 doing open mic nights in Miami. He soon moved to New York where he spent the next few years working all the Manhattan comedy clubs including The Improv, The Comic Strip, The Comedy Cellar, Dangerfields and Catch a Rising Star. In 1990 He began to work the road. He has performed in all fifty states (Give or take a few) and has traveled to all seven continents (Give or take a couple). He has made countless television appearances (They could actually be counted) including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Show with David Letterman. He has also appeared on Showtime and Comedy Central. Dennis recently spent three years as a writer on the popular CBS sitcom The King of Queens, starring Kevin James, Leah Remini, and Jerry Stiller. He now concentrates on performing for corporate events.
