Guest human_*
http://fuelcellbus.georgetown.edu/ Even though we can't conserve our way out of this, it's still worth noting. Why can't we conserve our way out of it? If we were to have the same fuel efficient standards as Europe; we would only be able to save 2 to 3 million barrels a day. While we consume 21 million barrels a day, and produce 5 million barrels a day. BUT EVERY BIT HELPS. SO our goals for the future "As a country" is to replace the 16 million barrels a day of oil. And that's the magic number 16 mill x 365 days a year "Every year". For me? I always need to see the bigger picture in order to see where we as a country need to go.
