Guest JoLinda Gethers
I was wondering, are there any schools that you know of that offer the teaching of hair fusion and can I complete a hair school for the basics that they teach and just find a school that will teach me how to do fusion or should I find a school that will teach me everything? valencia
I was wondering, are there any schools that you know of that offer the teaching of hair fusion and can I complete a hair school for the basics that they teach and just find a school that will teach me how to do fusion or should I find a school that will teach me everything? Because of the size of the curriculum of a standard Beauty School most don't offer advanced extension classes and those that do just skim over it....I invested in one on one training and now offer two day private sessions as well....My classes are very small (no more than two students at a time) because I like that one on one quality....When looking for an instructor make sure they are well established in the business....Make sure you view the curriculum before taking the class and PLEASE beware of those who claim that they can teach you many techniques in one session....No matter how brilliant we are we can only retain a certain amount of information at a time....I know those instructors will argue that one method don't work for all and they are right but I'd rather specialize and perfect one method than attempt to do many and produce sub-standard work....I am VERY competitive and love to get as close to perfection as possible.... Guest Tan-ta-lizing_*
Hi, my name is Latoya and I was looking on your website and I noticed the section of pictures where fusion hair was done wrong. My only question is how do I keep it from looking like the photos how brittney spears hair was? What is it that they did wrong? Okay, that was more than one question. Am I suppose to leave some of my hair out in between? Thanks in advance.

valencia
Before and After pictures attached Hello All, I a offering a new and exciting service that I know will help many but I need to first tell you the inspiration behind this service....An incredible and brave young women e-mailed me in June of 2007 she told me her hair was thinning and wanted to know if fusion was right for her....She lives MANY miles away, so many that she had to fly in so I asked her to send pictures of her hair via e-mail for me to view....She sent pictures of the back and sides of her hair....Her hair was a great length and healthy in the back, her edges were VERY thin but I knew I could work around that so we booked an appointment for her to fly in and have the service done....She was a tad nervous (for good reason) and e-mailed me on a regular basis with questions about the service and thank goodness within that time-frame we developed a friendship....Once that friendship was formed she became more comfortable with me and eventually told me that she was also thinning on the top of her head....I instantly asked for pictures of the top of her head and determined that fusion wouldn't work on that area so we had to cancel her appointment....What broke my heart was she later opened up and told me that she had an idea that fusion wouldn't work so she didn't send pictures of the balding area because she was in denial....I HAD TO HELP HER!!!!I was familiar with lace-front wigs and partial lace-frontals but had just played around with them before now....I came to the conclusion that a lace-frontal would be perfect for her and I would do fusion bonds in the back of her head just to add a little length so she could have a little fun....6 months and MANY e-mails later (Dec 21rst) she had the service done and I can't start to explain the feeling that I had when I was done....I promise, no words can explain the feeling, AND This BRAVE, INCREDIBLE, UNSELFISH young lady told me that I could use her pictures (before and after) and said that she didn't want her face blurred or covered....At that point, I realized I needed to also (and most important) market what a GREAT person the good Lord bought into my life....I want to make sure that she and the world know the impact she has had on my life and that she is a BEAUTIFUL person inside and out....I also want the world to know that I'm almost double your age my dear but I aspire to be just like you....WHAT AN INCREDIBLE ROLE MODEL FOR US ALL!!!! Sweetie, I know the road that you have traveled to become who you are, I also know the obstacles that you had to climb....I just want you to know that you have self-awareness and self esteem that most of us either wish, dream or think we have....(myself included)....I just didn't realize until I was graced with your presence.... Thank You So Much and know that you are truly blessed Valencia

And will the glue show? If u put the fusions on your edges will the glue show and can u still comb from the roots like as if its your hair? Please call my cell to answer the question because i dont always check emails 240-237-7069 Carmen I will call Carmen but I want to answer her questions for others.... The bonds are placed 1/8 of an inch from the scalp so you don't have to worry about your roots and yes you can comb through the hair without removing the bonds or the hair....The bonds are undetectable so if applied properly you shouldn't see them....Hair is left out around the edges to cover the bonds so again if applied properly you can't see them....Even if you have extremely thin edges I can work around that.... Guest Chante
Hi Valencia: Can you wash your hair weekly with fusions and can you really scratch your scalp without them coming out. I ask because I have a severe case of dry scalp (sebbhorric dermatitus). I need a thorough washing when I wash my hair. Do you think fusions could work for me? Thanks, Chante
