Carla From VA
Valenica is the bomb! I just had to say that Valencia just did my fusions today, and they are absolutely wonderful. She is fast too, it took only 4 hours. Her and her daughter are so warm and friendly, that we chatted the entire time and it did not seem like I had been there that long. The hair she uses is gorgeous, I hate to cute it, its so beautiful. If you are in DC, MD or VA or can get to Laurel, I suggest you have Valencia hook you up. My hair has never been done this nice, and I've been wearing weaves since 1985.

Guest Nicole-Southernbell1990
Hello Everyone, I have been a client of Valencia for almost a year. She is awesome. I say that as a friend not just a client. Please don’t let anyone do your hair that is not willing to explain EVERYTHING. She will not steer you wrong. The people she has trained must be out of this world. Because she will not allow anyone she does not trust to give advice let alone do your hair. I have emailed many pictures of my hair and she has posted a few of my pics on her website. I am the one with the close up of my hair while wet! You can’t see the fusion. I love having my top down on my convertible. You see people trying to decide if it’s my hair or not! YOU CAN”T TELL. V, I can’t thank you enough for your friendship and talent! GOD bless you and your family. Merry Christmas to all of you Nicole

Guest Guest
I am a fusion specialist, I would be delighted to answer any questions on the subject of strand by strand hair fusion technique. It is a hair weaving technique that is undetectable. You can perm and color your hair with the system in place. IT IS WONDERFUL!! I WAS INTRESTED IN THE AMOUNT OF THE WAEVE AND DO YOU KNOW IF ITS DONE IN NJ BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD OF IT BEING DONE HERE.
valencia
I WAS INTRESTED IN THE AMOUNT OF THE WAEVE AND DO YOU KNOW IF ITS DONE IN NJ BECAUSE I NEVER HEARD OF IT BEING DONE HERE. I am sure it is done in NJ but I don't know alot about the area....Also I'm sure the prices vary. The best thing to do is shop around ask questions and have a consultation with stylist that offer the service, and most important ask about the removal process, if they use heat or oil to remove RUN!!!!!!!!! Thank You for your response Valencia

It is a hair weaving technique that is undetectable. You can perm and color your hair with the system in place. IT IS WONDERFUL!! Dear Valencia! I'm so glad I found this website. I'm half black and I've lived in Austria all my life - so I've had difficulties in dealing with my hair since NOONE here id trained to do African Hair.Up to now I've had full-head weaves and I just switched to single weave rows, since my hair is long enough. Unfortunately the weave only lasts for 2 months and I used the Janet Mink Yaki, which, by the way really tangles and sheds like crazy. But the structure was perfect for me, since I have very fine, relaxed hair. I checked out the Outre Velvet Remi hair. But I only found 2 types - the yaki and silky. And I think the yaki texture is too rough for me. ShouldI get the Silky Remi or is it only for caucasian hair. Or is there another brand or type you could recommend? I'm thankful for any suggestions! Best, Melanie

Best, Melanie Hello Melanie, I used the Outre Velvet Remi Hair before I started using the Remy Hair Today Hair and for the most part I liked it but every now and then just like all store bought hair I would run across a bag that shed and tangles. If I had no choice I would go with the Outre Velvet Remy. The Janet Mink Yaki is out of the question and the Yaki Outre is not the best quality....My first choice is the Remy Hair Today Hair, I have never had a problem with that hair it can be ordered at: remyhairtoday.com Valencia

valencia
By the way. I feel that a great stylist should not feel threatened nor intimidated by another stylist and her skills. This is a major problem in the community stlyists and cosmetologist, and is causing disharmony instead of a coming together of stylists to lift one another up, praise and bless one another. Yes, I admit it was not proper for me to show up on your thread. At the same time, you don't know who I am, my skills, my experience, my love of the craft, and my concern for others. So you can't say what anyone can learn from me. I am doing the extensions this weekend for Ms Fitness Olympia 2005. I have been a professional stylist and Master braider since 1981. I know my work and am proud of it and proud to share my skills with someone that has the right and priviledge to learn this artform. Fusion can be learned anyway. As a matter of fact, no one taught me. Once I found out about the supplies, I ordered them, practiced, and figured it out. I am a master of it! Fusion is not rocket science! It's all about TLC, skill, attention to detail, and excellent customer service! I have seen the work of other fusion stylist. I am inspired by it, wish all stylist the best in their careers. Let's support and build one another up. Helen LADIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a picture of work done in this person's area in my online photo ablum forwarded to me by my new client that reside in the Carolina area. The client said she found the post on my forum ....(THANK GOODNESS SHE READ AND LISTENED)....We spoke via telephone and she said she was going to use the services because she lives in the Carolina area but changed her mind after viewing the photos of the stylist work and called me....AGAIN I WARN, these people are out there....The photo can be viewed in my online photo ablum under BAD FUSION Tittle: Fusion Should Be Undetectable....(link below) I also want to THANK that client for the photo....Please click the photo to enlarge and get the full effect of horrible....FRIENDLY ADVICE.....PLEASE GET PROPER TRAINING......I'm certain this client is thankful she is coming to me for a service and not a hair fix.... Guest Guest
Hey Valencia i have a few questions about the fusion process. I took a look at the photo album of bad fusion jobs and my biggest fear is my hair looking like that! lol Anyways...what do you think was the biggest factors that played a part in bad fusion jobs? Is it the type of hair? the bonding method? the products used to bond? Just wondering. Also what color is the glue or wax(I think thats what its called) used? Is it the color of the person's hair? Ive read that it can turn white...is that true? Sorry for the 101 questions.
